Windows 7 ultimate edition in Japan is getting a theme featuring an official moe personification as mascot (OS-tan) voiced by the popular seiyuu Nana Mizuki.
The Windows 7 Japanese version is to have an original wallpaper and event sound set based on the OS-tan named Madobe Nana which is voiced by Nana Mizuki.
The Os-tan, Madobe Nana is a wordplay on the operating system with nana meaning 7 and madobe ("by the window"). It is no wonder Nana Mizuki was hired to voice the OS.
